Paper permits cannot see a live site.

On a live industrial site, the dangerous work is rarely one job. It is two safe jobs in the same place at the same time: hot work above a confined-space entry, a lift over a live line, a line break next to grinding. Paper permits and spreadsheets cannot see those combinations - so the permit coordinator holds the whole site in their head, shift after shift.

The permit office, on one board.

  • The permit board. Every permit on site by state, shift and area - built for the daily permit meeting, not reconstructed for it.
  • SIMOPS clash control. Overlapping work is detected as permits are planned. Critical combinations hard-block approval until they are resolved; lesser ones warn.
  • The site map. Live permits and clashes drawn on your site plan, with each permit's footprint where the work actually is.
  • Isolations. Energy isolations recorded and linked to the permits that depend on them.
  • Briefings and competency. Toolbox briefings captured, and workforce competency checked before work starts.
  • Field verification by QR. Every permit carries a signed QR code - anyone on site can confirm it is valid from a phone, without an account.

What is SIMOPS clash control?

SIMOPS - simultaneous operations - clash control detects permits whose work overlaps in time and place in combinations that must not coexist, for example hot work near flammable exposure or confined-space entry. Critical combinations block approval outright until they are resolved; lesser ones surface as warnings during planning.

Can field crews verify a permit without an account?

Yes. Every permit carries a signed QR code. Anyone on site can scan it with a phone and confirm the permit is valid, current and what it covers - no login required.

How do contractors fit in?

Contractor visibility is membership-scoped: each contractor sees its own permits and work, not other contractors' details, while the site team sees everything. Clash control still applies across all work on site - a clash blocks approval even when the two permits belong to different companies.

Where is our data hosted?

In the EU. The application and database run in Frankfurt, and Stomwerk AB is a Swedish company operating under Swedish law and the GDPR. The Data Processing Agreement and subprocessor register are on the legal shelf.
