One controlled route for every change.

Change Intelligence is change governance for capital projects. Raise a change notice, assess its impact, route it for decision - and keep who asked, who assessed and who approved on one record that stands up to audit.

Uncontrolled change is how projects drift.

On a capital project, change is constant: a ground condition, a supplier substitution, a scope request from operations. The damage is rarely the change itself - it is the change that arrives by email, gets agreed in a corridor, and reaches the cost report months later with no record of who decided what. By then the budget has moved and nobody can reconstruct why.

Change Intelligence exists so that never happens. Every change follows the same controlled route - notice, assessment, decision - and the record builds itself as the work happens.

Control the change, keep the margin.

The business case is blunt: the costliest lines on a capital project are usually the ones nobody formally approved. Change Intelligence pays for itself the first time a variation is settled by evidence instead of negotiation - and it earns its keep every day before that, by making the controlled route the easy route.

  • Recover what you are owed. Every variation is backed by an assessed, signed decision - the paper that wins commercial negotiations and disputes.
  • Stop scope drift before it prices in. Impact is assessed before approval, so the budget moves by decision, not by discovery.
  • Cut the admin, keep the audit. The register builds itself as the work happens - no month-end reconstruction, no audit panic.
  • One version of the truth. Owner, EPCM and contractors argue about the change, not about whose spreadsheet is right.

From notice to decision, on the record.

  • One register for every change. Each raised change gets a number, a state and an owner. Nothing lives in inboxes or meeting minutes.
  • Structured impact assessment. Cost, schedule and scope effects are captured before the decision is made, not reconstructed after it.
  • Approval routing with revise and resubmit. Decisions come back with reasons, and every revision keeps its history.
  • An AI change writer grounded in your project. It drafts notices and assessments from your project's own facts, not boilerplate. People review, people decide.
  • Signatures and a full audit trail. Who raised, who assessed, who approved and when - ready for audit, claim or dispute.
  • Role-based teams. Raisers, assessors and approvers each see exactly what their role needs, across organisations.

Built for the way projects decide.

Change Intelligence is used by owners, EPCMs and contractors on major capital projects. Project services runs the register, engineering and commercial teams assess, and the people accountable for the budget decide - all in one place, with one version of the truth.

AI assistance is optional everywhere it appears: every workspace has an off switch, and the manual route is always available and identical.

Questions, answered.

How do we get access?

Change Intelligence is provisioned per organisation rather than self-serve. Start a conversation or write to [email protected], and we set up your organisation, projects and first users. Plans are published at stomwerk.com/pricing.

Does the AI make the decisions?

No. The AI change writer drafts notices and assessments from your project's own facts; assessment and approval are always human. AI assistance can be switched off for the whole workspace at any time - the manual route is identical.

Where is our data hosted?

In the EU. The application and database run in Frankfurt, and Stomwerk AB is a Swedish company operating under Swedish law and the GDPR. The Data Processing Agreement and subprocessor register are on the legal shelf.

Can contractors and consultants work in the same register?

Yes. Access is per organisation with role-based membership, so raisers, assessors and approvers from different companies can work the same change register while each role sees exactly what it needs.
